Understanding the terminology and rules of Reply can take some getting used to.

Sometimes you have to follow too many steps for very simple actions.

For smaller teams with little to no existing systems that require integrations, this would be a great fit and could really help get things off the ground in a lean and efficient manner.

I was wowed by their website and sincerely impressed with their product, but for a tool that's used daily and needs to integrate with Salesforce, there appears to be a ways to go before being considered a legitimate contender in the space.

The Chrome extension is really very functional.

This is really useful for collaborative working.

The drawbacks I did not enjoy was the limited daily email caps that throttle outreach, formatting issues that make emails look clunky or off-brand.

The Salesloft team were great made transition between products simple but functionality for SDR team was worse than Outreach

In addition, the calling features can be at times glitchy or unreliable.

We bought the product 1 year ago, have been using it for a whole year. When we signed we were made to believe by looking at the Order form that we are buying a product for 1 year with a start day and an end day.

Apparrently they have a link to an MSA saying "unless stated otherwise on the order form" the product will auto renew.
