The only issues I've had is sometimes wingman doesn't automatically join on my zoom calls right away, and it joins in the middle of the call.

That might be the biggest feature you cant live without if you are always on Zoom Calls and want to remember a particular part in the call

Some of the cons of wingman are the lack of customization and reporting features.

Transcript feature needs a lot of work, as it is hardly working, however it is also hardly used by myself, thus not too impactful.
