No way to search for a file in the entire backup set. Users are left alone dealing with the cloud service account setup and configuration options.

A very good experience, when we have had any questions we have been solved quickly, the solution is stable and is updated very frequently.

The ability to self-host the server out of a docker container and scale it in our existing compute resources (Kubernetes) is an excellent option that we take advantage of.

Once up and running it is great tool to protect your company. It encourages everyone to maintain company back up protocols.

The Server back-end, sometimes there are weird errors backing up restored VM's, sometimes slow performance, no instant disaster recovery from the data.

Overall the software is better than others that I have tried and I think it's a good value for the money.

File backup plus select system images have been super helpful for recovery. We have been able to restore a full system image to a VM for a client well we rebuilt their main hardware.

Account-wide deduplication and compression make storage footprint much smaller and backups much quicker. User interface is clean and easy to use.

I liked the integration into backblaze. I liked the pay per use pricing model where I only pay for customers as I add them into the software.

Easy to use, administrators can see 'everything' at a glance. Very easy to administer, deploy, etc.

There isn't much that I don't like, but selecting what needs to be backed up and retention can be a little confusing.
