The best thing about MSP360 Managed Backup, for me, was how user-friendly it was.

What I liked most about MSP360 Managed Backup was its reliability and ease of use

when in need of for the support there are too many KBs shared through email to go through and perform the investigation by our own.

Overall, it provides backups, and I can restore from the flies in the incremental or full backups.

The initial complexity of the configuration

It's very rare I have backup errors...it just works

Very good, it works as intended and gives you and your clients peace of mind.

However, once set up, the system ran efficiently and smoothly.

Quite a lot of times I use it to restore some files, which users deleted accidentally or overwrote unintentionally, and process of finding right version of the file is much, much easier than with many other products.

Great overall, it works as described and have a pletora of features.

Some of the monitoring reports could be expanded upon, and also some of the Restore filters to enable to browse/search certain archived files could be improved.

One of the few providers that support connecting to third-party storage providers like BackBlaze B2, Amazon S3, MS Azure, Drive E2, etc.

In please of that I would suggest MSP 360 to give a call back as soon as possible to the customer to provide the appropriate solution.
