As a trainer, the primary function I use is viewing the screen recordings of employees. When I am performing QA and I can tell an employee is struggling with a system, I can easily view their screen to see exactly where the issue lies.

Its still limited by simple things for example, you Filter 20 ppl in the dashboard for visibility. If one of them disconnects there is nothing telling you who out of the 20 disconnected.

What I like most is the ability to check on your remote workers and have that peace of mind that they are actually working and not just watching TV or on Social media the entire shift.

We get the actual employee productivity and time tracking so can decide who actually works and who does falsification.

The last major issue that we have encountered was how Teramind works with Apple laptops.

There are times when issues that do arise can be quite disruptive with work that needs to be done.

This saves so much time on training calls, since I don't need to try to determine what they are missing.

It will just say 19 Online and you would have to cross reference with a list to see who is missing.
