L'interface à l'ancienne qui a besoin de dynamisme. Des logs sur les manipulations effectuées sur les mobiles. Ex : un employé qui désactive son data ou son gps.

By the way, in classic kiosk mode, GPS and mobile data can't be disabled. If your devices are in fully managed mode, there are features to help you avoid this too. Most features are easy to use and get into. It allows users to get started right away and offers most of the important options.

App deployment and updates through the Google Playstore are tidous, with alot of potential for errors. Policys are sometimes not compliant after changes and take awhile to update.

My company switched to TinyMDM from KNOX, which is a little ironic since TinyMDM runs on KNOX, but I’ve found that TinyMDM is not only WAY simpler to setup and use but was also cheaper than KNOX licensing. Setting up the management console for the first time is almost as easy as TurboTax with a sort of step-by-step interface. Then a new device is as easy as scanning a QR code.

There are settings to prevent location services from being disabled on devices however, there is no setting to force enable them in the first place so it must be done manually. Labeling devices after a batch setup can be tedious.

This software has made it simple for us to only enable the apps that are needed on our devices. Remote management is simple and streamlined. The cost is also very reasonable. The customer service representatives have been responsive to my issues along the way.

Although user friendly, it does take some time in the software to become familiar with how to correctly use it in different situations.
