What is Zerospam?
ZEROSPAM is a complete cloud email security and anti-spam solution that helps protect organizations from all email-borne threats including ransomware, malware, phishing, spear phishing, DOS attacks, dangerous links, harmful attachments, and more. ZEROSPAM’s ransomware detection features properly secure the two main propagation vectors: disguised executable files and infected macros in Microsoft Office documents sent as attachments via email messages, or downloaded by users through a malicious link.
ZEROSPAM provides complete protection against all forms of harmful and undesirable email messages from reaching the inbox. With its ransomware and malware detection tool, users are able to secure their emails against viruses, Trojans, spyware, adware and worms which are spread via executable files, sometimes renamed to .pdf, .gif, .jpg, .txt, .eml, or .png files as a disguise. ZEROSPAM also scans every link contained in each and every email, and analyses them to ensure they are safe using two different antivirus engines, and other tools. When a dangerous link is detected, the email message is automatically quarantined and marked with a warning symbol. The solution also enables full blocking of infected macros in Microsoft Office documents, and integrates with Sanesecurity's signature database for added protection.
ZEROSPAM’s Cumulus web portal enables administrators to monitor communication and quarantine and logs, as well as modify filtering parameters such as whitelists or blacklists. Users can also configure advanced functions including access security policies, LDAP synchronization, and single sign-on. Sessions and modifications are audited in order to be able to determine which user made what action, and when, if a problem arises. Detailed statistical reports containing numbers on rejected connections, quarantined messages, blocked emails, phishing attempts, and more, can be sent by email once a week to any user, or aggregated into monthly statistical reports.
