What is App2track?
App2Track is a mobile driver app that has been developed for SMEs, carriers, and shippers. It ensures paperless, transparent procedures and proper handling of deliveries. The app has been developed for all iOS and Android devices and can be installed on Open Android on-board computers from Mercedes Benz, Fleetboard, TomTom (PRO series), Vehco, and Rietveld. A ride can be accepted in the app and then driven to the displayed schedule. Load carriers can be filled, and other tasks can be completed. GPS is on during the ride.
App2Track works with journey scores to encourage transport drivers to perform tasks as accurately as possible. All journeys are provided with scores, and these are subsequently shared with each carrier in their own CMS environment. Carriers receive weekly emails with performance overviews.
Thanks to the electronic (e-)CMR options within App2Track, shipments can be handled paperlessly. App2Track has been designated as a recognized party for issuing e-CMRs. Users can utilize legally approved digital consignment notes. This leads to a smoother, cheaper, and clearer administrative process for all parties involved. App2Track can integrate with any CRM, ERP, or OMS system. This is made possible via an API, the Open Trip Model, or Excel.
