“One important call-out I would make is that, I also provide support for telematics platforms that are not affiliated with R4M, but that allow integration via an API- The only instance that I have encountered where an issue was experienced with the integration of R4M it was discovered that the issue did not originate from R4M(it rested with the other party). Despite this, I partnered with Route4Me's support team to address the issue and was able to get the problem resolved rapidly for my customer.”

“The only thing I don't really like about route for me is that when using an Android phone, if you add a new location to a route, you have to move the new location to the spot you want it to be without being able to see the stop number while dragging the new location. If you could see the route number while dragging the new location to where it's supposed to be, that would be helpful but it's not a huge setback.”
