One thing I like least about Elite EXTRA is that the traffic data and maps used for calculating ETAs are often not as accurate as I’d like.

It allows us to keep a close eye on driver location and customers appreciate being able to track their deliveries.  

A little time consuming at first but once I had a system figured out it helps us keep customers happy with the knowledge they receive via email of their deliveries and helps keep my drivers organized and more efficient on their deliveries.

Our drivers seem to like it because it is easy to use, and it helps them be more efficient by organizing their routes to  deliver to our customers, and if any problems arise, we can look back on history and photos to verify they did or did not receive.
