We have been very happy as we have moved a good portion of our fleet to Eyeride. The service is great and the units have been very dependable. The management portal is easy to use but could add support for more in-depth Wi-Fi reporting.
The customer service is very good. Proactive.
Lack of support for a second carrier without adding another unit.

The problems solved are customer boredom, having to constantly monitor or adjust a bus movie, which has other issues, and any working customers seem to get their work done while riding on the bus.
Eyeride works. It was very easy to set up and use. After a month with the unit, I applied a password to keep cars from trailing the bus to use the wifi signal. I advise customers of it, they log on, and I never hear anything else. I have to ASK them to ensure it's working. Speed is very good. Universal glowing reviews.
If there was anything, the unit developed a problem with a simcard replacement. Eyeride sent me a new one within a week, so no further problem

Use their services for WiFi in our fleet of 20+ motorcoaches. Works well for our needs. Initial setup took a few week but after setup, things are running smooth.

The customer service and technicians that we work with are amazing!
We cover some very rural routes so the coverage in these areas may not always be good and when Wifi drops, our camera systems (not EyeRide) will occasionally have issues picking the Wifi back up without having to reset units.
