What I appreciate most is being able to manage a large amount of data in a single location, instead of having to search through various different sources.

It also provides valuable historical data, which is especially useful when reviewing past scenarios in detail.

What I like least about the app is that there aren't any options to communicate directly in the app with another team member about a stop in a route.

Route optimization will not allow us to adequately bulk optimize all tasks for our windows, we had to create zones without butting boundaries to help achieve this but my team still prefers to hand build smaller routes.

It has allowed us to centralize our dispatch team to reduce labor and increase output and quality control

My biggest gripe is the lack of a mobile-native dashboard, as they have a responsive web UI instead.

I cannot save vehicles to a location, this makes assigning different vehicles a pain.

My only issue is that things that should be commonplace are considered extra add-ons which can increase your price.

Ease of use, we usually don't have to reach out for assistance and we perform 100 tasks a day.

These are minor issues compared to the total value they deliver.

We use Onfleet as a value added proposition to target customers as one of our prime advantages over our competition.  

Add a drop down menu under "Recipents" to be able to select from a list of contacts.

The amount of phone calls from customer to sales and from sales to the logistics desk have virtually disappeared.

We can see where our delivery crews are at all times and predicted ETA's which allows us to reach out to customers if we expect a delay in their delivery time frame which has lead to happier customers.

We have addresses not "register" in the system so we have to find the longitude and latitude quite often.

Onfleet is a fantastic program that has not only improved the routing of our drivers, but it allows us to be more accurate when making deliveries so our on-time rates have improved.

The time estimates are too pessimistic and overshoot actual driving times by at least 50%.

We ask them to have clean pick tickets before orders go into Mincron which ports to Onfleet.

What is hard is getting them to adopt this new way of doing things and stop using the old way of doing things - even if not more efficient.

I export my deliveries through CSV and it comes all beautifully in Onfleet.

While they offer Route Planner and Teams to differentiate different accommodations and goals, they might need to further this visually (e.g. different color schemes or branding).

What we like least about Spoke is that there is no native integration with WhatsApp, which is essential for last‑mile communication in our market.

By adding stopps manual to each route and by having a full overview to each driver in livetime we can save time.
