I would also add that having the barcode scanning require packages to be scanned on delivery as "proof of delivery" and it not allowing the driver to complete the service until all boxes are scanned.

One of the main drawbacks is that the pricing can be relatively high for small teams or businesses with a limited budget.

I've been using the service for years, I use Jobber as my CRM but the routing and automatic communication is garbage.
