We wanted to ship a package to China and I wanted to use Pirate Ship, however there were many steps and we were concerned that we might make a mistake, so we took it to USPS instead.

Surprisingly, I used UPS for my first shipping package using Pirate Ship, which I always think UPS will be the most expensive due to the quality of this carrier. After you pick and pay the shipping fees for your package, print out the label and drop out your package.

Whatever problems I have had any issues were solved fast and easy.  

Overall, Pirate Ship saves me countless hours and the convenience is absolutely worth it.

I do wish I was able to import all of my marketplace sources into Pirate ship as I can with Veeqo.

I don't always use PS, but recently, Etsy's shipping has had some glitches, so I've jumped over to PS, imported my orders into the platform, and shipped from there. And they automatically update Etsy letting my shop know the order has been fulfilled.

Customer service is ill informed of any problems or outages, they rarely can solve a problem without wasting an hour of your time before you demand tier 2 help, they will hang up on you if you continually ask for help with an issue they don't understand, pricing tiers seems to change weekly/monthly?   

Endicia has gone downhill dramatically since its acquisition by Stamps.com  Customer service is slow and unresponsive, and one gets the impression that they're phasing out the service.

The integration Endicia provides allows you to just take care of business. If you do need to pull up your history or request refunds on printed labels, that process is incredibly simple.

The integration with our order fulfillment system is seamless and makes shipping our eCommerce orders a breeze.

Its running rampant with uninformed, poorly trained "techs."  

Used to be easy to use, but has changed since Stamps.com bough them.  

I had 106 Amazon orders today and had to MANUALLY POST TRACKING TO OVER 40 OF THEM.  

One day out of the blue I tried to reprint a label and it came out sideways with only 1/2 of the label printed.

They did not sell shipping services for any shipper other than USPS, and eventually enough people were able to put fraudulent transactions through this service that Wells Fargo blocked all of their transactions.

NO customer service; overcharge postage prices - much more than what USPS charges, inability to download accurate transactions into a spreadsheet.

The real issue is there are MASSIVE problems and they either don't seem to care or no longer have the knowledge to fix anything.  

Their online records are a mess and do not correspond with the local log kept in software. And did I mention they ignore you when contacting customer service?

The software was easy to integrate into our label printer and was very helpful in being able to ship directly from the office, saving trips to the post office.  

Once the back end is set up there isn't much more to do other than use it.

Its pretty easy to use, but they are now FORCING us into using USPS Global Processing Center in Los Angeles where my packages get LOST or sit there for weeks and weeks and take months to get to my customers if at ALL.

For a pretty reasonable monthly fee, you can get all available USPS shipping options you can find at the post office, including media mail and first class shipping with or without tracking, plus return service

Refunds for bad stamps are as easily as selecting what you want to refund in the software.  

We are actively searching a different provider.  

This was very inconvenient, we had to call Wells Fargo every time we wanted to add more money to our account.

But they could not get my account to open up with password and user name change.  

No longer do we need to order stamps or stand in line to make a shipment.

The ability to print a single first class stamp was very convenient.

Nice all in one shipping solution for about any size business, if you spend more than a couple hundred of dollars on shipping a month this will pay for itself.

I like the ability to print stamps at home and create shipping labels.

I even sent them the unused labels - and they ignored me.   

Also Stamps uses a different insurance company than Endicia did, and it is horrific to work with if you need to file a claim.  

Was on the phone with them, which they answered quickly to my surprise.

Using the Endicia software has also been a benefit to our employees when they needed to ship a non-customer package.

Need to request refund on the postage because REPRINT POSTAGE is not working.  

Using Endicia as an integrated part of our shipping software has saved us time and money.
