I also want to mention the updates  the data connection is limited, and with weekly updates this often causes incorrect hour calculations for drivers. When it comes to hours, this is a real issue, especially because Samsara is considered one of the best ELD devices in the USA, and my company uses it mainly because the logs cannot be edited. Because of that, Samsara should improve its services and make things easier for drivers, not force them to do “math problems” just to guess how many hours they will have. And with constant updates, there’s always a risk that the logbook won’t work the way it should.

TICKET turn around time is a HUGE issue for me. When I open a ticket, I am in need of a QUICK resolution b/c the majority of the time, the issues is affecting my drivers logs and they can't drive until it's corrected or fixed.
