One important call-out I would make is that, I also provide support for telematics platforms that are not affiliated with R4M, but that allow integration via an API- The only instance that I have encountered where an issue was experienced with the integration of R4M it was discovered that the issue did not originate from R4M(it rested with the other party). Despite this, I partnered with Route4Me's support team to address the issue and was able to get the problem resolved rapidly for my customer.

the only downside I have for this is it being updated quite often. but i get it things need to get upgraded but then you have to re-learn where things are on the site but like any other software it needs to be done.

Moderne Rug Cleaning has been using Route4Me since 2014, when I stumbled across  the app in the app store.

Over the years thing have only improved, this does come with the cost of doing business, and as a very small business the cost increases at times have been a little hard to swallow.

I have never had any other web support be so fast with helping resolve an issue and making it so user friendly to figure out on how to fix it.

That being said, I am a very small business, we only utilize abut half of the capabilities offered on the platform, this is our choices of course.

The sales team has not allowed as much flexibility to work with us as they have in the past.

Its a little frustrating to not be able to load up files of addresses to Favorites or Addresses, but guess this could happen with the desktop version?
