The 1800- number for help is an overseas call center and nobody has the tech expertise to fix anything; they have to call someone else so you are waiting for them to ask someone else for answers.

For all of our daily postage needs the software is helpful.   While the discount is good, the supplies needed for special services (labels for Certified, Register, and Certified Return receipt are costly.

I think they sometimes can be overpriced with certain things but that's not always a huge deal.
