It supports comprehensive leave management, tracking ten leave types with automatic accruals, balance tracking, tenure bonuses, and approval workflows.
Designed with an Arabic-first interface, AttenYo features proper RTL layout, native fonts, and bilingual data storage. Employees can access self-service tools to view attendance, submit leave requests, and report missing punches without HR intervention. Additional capabilities include flexible shift scheduling, manager approval workflows, overtime rate calculations, multi-location support, extensive reporting with Excel export, API access, and enterprise-grade security with encrypted data and role-based access control.
