Calixta is a cloud-based tool that integrates the main messaging channels for effective interaction with customers via their smartphones. The application can be used to carry out automated marketing campaigns, payment reminders, send messages, bank alerts, satisfaction surveys, political campaigns, event invitations, medical appointment confirmations, etc. The platform incorporates outbound solutions for the mass sending of smart notifications and sales promotions with pre-approved templates for use with WhatsApp, SMS, or RCS. Calixta also includes email, pre-recorded calls, and push notifications that connect directly to customers' smartphones. The application brings together inbound solutions, such as virtual or face-to-face agent attention, in an omnichannel conversational experience that integrates Google Business Messages, Apple Business Chat, SMS, webchat, and many other channels. Calixta SMS can generate one personalized alert message up to one million text messages that reach all phone providers. In addition, the service is bidirectional, and messages can be responded to on a per-request basis.
