My overall experience with Facebook has been great. I have managed to make new friends from different countries. Facebook market has linked me to various boutiques within my location where I have been able to purchase shoes and clothes.
Through Facebook Messenger I am able to communicate with my friends outside of Kenya. Facebook is linked to Instagram through the Also Post To feature on Instagram. This allows me to share my Instagram posts on Facebook and market my events and sell tickets to my friends.
There have been key security issues of people hacking into other people's accounts and posting contents illegally.

I’ve used Facebook for years and several years ago I shifted away from it over to Instagram because the Instagram experience is just much better in my opinion.
The one thing I like about Facebook is the groups function. I am a part of a few Facebook groups that are well moderated and I have positive experiences with them. I also like Facebook marketplace.
The overall experience of Facebook has just been negative for me for the past several years. The algorithm isn’t great so I see a lot of junk that I don’t care about.

Overall i am still glad to use Facebook except Messenger issue. But i have to admit that Instagram is more popular nowadays as most of my friends are more active on Instagram rather than Facebook.
Facebook is the first social media i have ever used, i can follow the posts, stories and updates of my friends from there. It helped a lot to keep me socialized during pandemic. Everything is lean and simple, it is very easy to use.
The least i like is that they have seperated chat option. You need to download messenger app to see who sent message to you, otherwise you have no clue. It is sometimes frustrating. Also there are lots of ads you see in each scroll down.

It is a great platform to communicate and relay information to our members.
It is easy to schedule posts for the week and upload videos to get information to our members. We also like that it works with Instagram as well.
I have noticed that if I schedule a post through Facebook and add it to go to Instagram, if I delete it it doesn't delete for Instagram just Facebook.

Overall i am very satisfied, but Facebook has lost its popularity among young people, it is rather for elder people now. Instagram is more popular and i use Instagram as social media app most like most of the people.
Facebook is the first social media tool i have ever used. I like posting, stories and reminder photos, birthdays.
The least i like about Facebbok is that they have excluded the chat option. So when you log in Facebook, you can't see who wrote you. You need to upload Messenger app separately. I found this very odd and time wasting.

It's great for getting reviews, posting jobs, and posting on both Facebook and Instagram.
The most useful feature is the ability to write a post and it to post on both Instagram and Facebook. I also enjoy the job post feature and have found quality candidates.

FACEBOOK IN THIS ASPECT IS MORE REALIABLE WITH MY EXPERIENCES. I think changes should be made to Instagram to make it more versatile when linking creating online businesses especially if you do have a domain and rules change suddenly
I like the new features added and the collaboration of pages and integration with other social platforms and online stores. It actually makes a big difference to the businesses credibility. I prefer it over the previous version. Tagging was one of the best ideas initiated into this program.
I dont like the Instagram aspect of how they approve businesses as sometimes they give you an issue to change it. You can have a store approved on Facebook but Instagram might have an issue with this simply cause of the wrong email or domain which should be attended to instead of disabling the INSTAGRAM stores . If rules change suddenly I think Instagram should be more versatile about it and allow changes in the review fir your domains for your online stores.

I had some trouble with publications but nothing too complicated and the integration with instagram is amazing
Facebook is an integral part of the media publication and advertising for any bussiness, althoug it's algorithm can be a little bit overwhelming, is one of the most powerful tools you can use
Often changes it's ui and services to "enhance" enhance the experience but it would be better it could offer some stable options.

Perhaps Meta for business works if you are very social media savvy or have a bigger company/broader market/bigger advertising budget, but as a sole proprietor using social media to create customer engagement and drive sales, I cannot recommend it. I'll stick with Instagram.
Meta for business is easy to use and integrates well with Instagram and personal Facebook profiles.
I have found that, when cross-posting on Instagram, my Facebook business page, and my personal Facebook page, the posts on Instagram and my personal page far outperform the post on the business page. Posts on my business page do not lead to sales, but the same post on Instagram and my personal page do. Also, even trying to use paid ads on my business page has not led to more likes/engagement.

it's a necessity for modern businesses, but holy moly is it frustrating to use.
You can reach so many people on Facebook and Instagram and for a low cost
The quality of those you reach isn't ideal, gets exposure that doesn't translate much to business for a car dealer as you'd think. and wow what a maze to get an ad going, they constantly flag your ads for no reason, support doesn't exist. setting up your business page is terrible and ownership of pages is a nightmare.

Facebook is a “one stop app”. I can shop, communicate with friends, watch videos and much more. I love the fact that Facebook is also connected by other great platforms like Instagram. You can easily share a story/post and have it post directly to Instagram.
Not only is Facebook one of the biggest social media platforms but its also one of, if not the most frequently used social media platforms. It is one of the most secured platforms. It’s easy to find friends and family. It can help someone to locate their friends/family and it makes it easy to interact with someone through things like direct messaging, post, comments, likes and much more. This makes this app user friendly.
My least like about the app is that it is so addictive. It consumes countless hours of my life. Also there is some what of a privacy issue with Facebook. Even though I haven’t been hacked ever I have been told many stories from people who have been hacked.

Facebook allows for outreach to our community. We use it for general posts by the church, private groups for our Bible study groups, live streaming our services.
Easy way to get the word out about activities, events, things happening in our church. Business Suite allows for pre-planning of posts. Allows for live streaming of our services, fairly easily.
Younger generation isn't using it, so we need additional apps (Instagram) to reach younger members.

I have lots of customers who use Facebook and Instagram. I like the ability to post to both platforms simultaneously.
There are lots of people who use Facebook and so it’s a great place to advertise for free. I don’t use the paid ads but it’s great to have a business page where you can engage with customers.
It can get a bit crowded here. Frequently the updates don’t make sense and forces businesses to change our workflow.

Facebook used to be a great social media outlet to use. Nowadays other places such as Instagram are much better.
Facebook is pretty easy to learn how to use. A lot of older people use it for a reason. It has a fairly simple UI.
Facebook is riddled with bugs and the amount of unwanted notifications is beyond bad. The fact that you now have to go back and set the notifications individually for every single page you now follow is tedious and annoying.

Overall, Instagram is an excellent addition to the Meta Business Suite, allowing marketers and brands to establish an even stronger connection to their ideal customers through organic content and targeted paid advertising.
Instagram offers many of the same features and tools for marketers that can be found within Facebook, making Instagram an essential secondary prong within one's marketing strategy. With both platforms being so cleanly integrated, it is incredibly easy to launch Instagram for social media marketing / management.
Ads and social posts deployed on Instagram are not as robust as those on Facebook, leaving some desirable engagement elements (like caption links) out. Instagram is more of a complementary platform to Facebook for advertising purposes.

I really have nothing to complain about; it's been mostly positive apart from the once-in-a-blue-moon downtimes that Meta prodcuts suffer.
Two things I like most about Instagram: The ability to target specific markets/audiences for advertising. I also like how it gives my business the visibilty that physical constraints just don't allow e.g. ability to publish videos of our PR events
It's a good app overall, although it's data-consuming.
