So Learning Stream has a bit of a learning curve and a lot of settings that you need to make sure are set properly before making an event live.  

This past year of usage has only confirmed the validity of our findings, as we've thrown both anticipated and unanticipated situations at it and the system has always had a solution that seems in line with its design, and not a "workaround."

We use it on a daily basis, and it meets our needs.

With the software being so detailed it can take a while to get used to and understand just how much needs to be added or changed depending on the event.

We looked for a platform we could use in a specific way and had a hard time finding one that fit our needs until we came across Learning Stream.

We needed to prepopulate the database with thousands of entries for every school building in the state and organized in a way that registrants could easily select where they were from.

This has been working well for us and, although we have only been using it for a short time, faculty are already using the system to work on badges.

They respond very quickly, typically the same day depending on the time, and they stay in touch while they are working on the problem to keep us updated on the status....AWESOME and very much APPRECIATED!

I also wish that I could do a workshop and then just add the dates in to make it easier to post several of the same workshops, instead of cloning each one, but that is not the end of the world.

Some of the workflow around payment processing for multiple registrations can be a challenge; the most common example we encounter is if a student wants to book for multiple courses at the same time, I have to process each course as a separate transaction.

Though we appreciate some of the formatting features in memos, we find it very limited and glitchy.

Corsizio registration forms can't be capped for certain genders.

It does everything we need for our events and tracks the finances

I still wish that there was a shopping cart feature, as my users will not necessarily bak a pre determined pack of classes, rather they can choose any combination of classes that suites them. When they use the '5 or more' discount code, they need to register for each class separately.
