What is Lightworks?
Lightworks is an on-premise video editing software, which helps businesses create and deliver video content across different platforms such as Facebook, Vimeo, or YouTube.
Lightworks offers a host of other features including project archive, data backup, user-defined project locations, stereoscopic (3D) output, trimming, and timeline rendering. The platform allows the creation of video content in multiple formats in NLE. MXF, Quicktime, or AVI containers. Users can upload videos to required platforms and share them with other members.
Lightworks lets creators simultaneously import a batch of material, render third-party FX or export files while editing. The GPU pipeline architecture allows the use of primary/secondary color correction, blurring, masking, and various other effects. The platform enables teams to collaborate in real-time and share media and bins.
