I think the text-to-video only work for generic clips, videos with "purpose" don't come very well, images choosen by the AI are to generic, and if I have to edit it myself I prefer using cupcat or canva.

I teste lumen5 for some months with a client or two, they liked it and used for a bit, but then it was to expensive, and there was to much extra work to do so that the videos came out with a purpose.

Well, I hate that I got copyright claim using a free music...

Overall I'm happy but I miss more templates and pre-built elements.

The least liking factor about this tool is that when you convert the blog post into a video you cannot change the content in the blog, it only fetch the result in the URL or the content you have published.

I am not going to use it, and there are too many emails sent by the team promoting but not focused on the main product that needs significant improvements.

Some people complain about posting something with watermarks, but that doesn't bother me, I think if I'm using something from a brand, it's because it's being useful.

The AI component is not desirable as it does not relate to the script you uploaded.

There is a watermark with the free plan, but that's not an issue. If that's a problem you can always upgrade.

The videos look great, if you make a balance between the time invested and the result is a big win.
