What is Passare?

Passare is a cloud-based funeral home software, which helps funeral service providers collaborate with families and plan arrangements even from remote locations. The application enables directors to create, automatically populate, and print memorial items, government forms, contracts, receipts, and statements.

Using Passare, supervisors can send invitations to team members to participate in cases and set up user accounts with specific roles and permissions. Case files can be used to gather information about the decedent’s family or friends, funeral options, body preparation, obituary, and more. It allows managers to share updated information with teams via the dashboard and capture daily snapshots. Planners can add purchases to funeral contracts, track the status of cases, and add custom fields to extract required data.

Funeral directors can set alerts for any new activity, create reminders, and notify employees or groups using @ mention. With its batch forms functionality, users can print multiple letters or invoices and add several payments at once. Other features include customizable reporting, task management, inventory tracking, checklist creation, case tags and notes, and data export.
