This is our DMS, all of our invoices automatically import into Elite and saves us a ton of time from having to manually enter them.

Creates a tiny file that contains all the data to submit ELT titles to the title bureau. Probem was hosted frazer saved the file in a location that isn't the same as the old Frazer and the Titling client looked for the file in the wrong location. So you always had to copy and paste the file to a folder you created that the ELT software queried.

When setting up customers with accounts to view and pay their balance you cannot put a rule in if they have other receivables, recurring fees or repair balance so it makes it difficult when a customer is set up on a biweekly or monthly pay schedule.”

Frazer is an auto dealership management software that helps businesses manage administrative processes such as contract generation, customer communications, payment processing, marketing, and more on a centralized platform. The inventory management module allows team members to track vendors, monitor recalls, access vehicle history, automatically decode vehicle identification numbers (VIN), and add vehicle images. Frazer's sales processing functionality lets employees configure multiple payment schedules, select sales types, conduct background checks, and collect deposits, among other processes. The customer management tool enables staff members to track payment due dates, set-up recurring payments, print IRS Form 8300, and accept payments for bank fundings, note balances, and repairs. It also allows users to create vehicle specific buyers’ guides, build custom forms, send personalized letters to customers, and handle online registration processes. Frazer lets businesses integrate the platform with several third-party solutions such as AutoCheck, EquiFax, Solutions to Text, openedge, DLRdmv, and Agora.
