Pros

Salsify's ability to provide a comprehensive solution that manages our expansive content management volume, with multiple vendors, is impressive.
Insights is helpful, and the customer service team is fairly responsive. Once they do get back to you, they usually have the answer you are looking for which is great.
Salsify has been a great addition in our workflow, and we'd recommend it.

Pros

As the account owner for our company, I have nothing but positive things to say about our experience with Amplifi.io. And I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a better asset management solution.
One feature I'm particularly fond of is the ability to create lightboxes that allow you to aggregate various assets into a single batch and email it off.
The user-friendly interface and powerful search functionality make it so easy to find what we need, while the centralized asset library helps us keep track of everything in one place.

Cons

We were having a horrible time trying to keep up with content demand from dozens of retailers all with different systems.
The experience with this vendor is horrible, they practically disappeared immediately after the sale. I do not recommend it to anyone.
If you type a part number quickly, the site lags, and cannot find the item. I usually edit the URL in the address bar to go directly to the page I'm looking for.

Cons

We were constantly searching for files and struggling to keep track of all our marketing collateral, which made collaboration a challenge.
I found Amplifi.io a bit difficult to get started with.
Sometimes difficult to search for products since it used exact words to filter.

Pros

I love that Amplifi is much more affordable than Salsify. It's easy to export and share data.

Cons

I don't have any dislikes. The software is great to use and easy to learn
