Within a few years, this software has ensured that our online order processing has gone from 0% to 50% of our total order processing.

Updating your stock levels for example, blocks manpower that could be used elsewhere.  

There is no way to do any research on customers, products and sales.

Overall Sana is great for companies without people knowing what to do but if you want to go a little further possibilities are few.
