Pros

I've been super happy with it and their product only gets better and better as more third-party companies have smooth integrations.
Most satisfied software and the website ever,categories and edditing methods are perfect and easy as nothing,even for a person who dont know about website creating, im satisfied.
Good, I have recommended it to multiple friends. I think it could use some updating but overall it's a great startup for businesses.

Pros

The best I found in this software was the ease of use, it is very friendly to the user, the cost is very good too. Is a very good value for the money.
For a small company as myself the excellent invoice features has been very helpful and useful.
Ease of use, simplicity, and reliability. I love how easy it is to access, upload information, and navigate through the site.

Cons

Was not very much support on the stubborn aps that refuse to leave when you delete them.
Sometimes on the app I have trouble tracking my package either error from the sending company or from the something on my end in not understanding the app to it's fullest.
Bad practice, leaves a bad taste in the mouth. No other company does that.

Cons

We would lose all of that if we switched, so unfortunately we are stuck with having to use this horrible new format.
It is really frustrating to have a client not be able to pay through the invoice, and for this reason, only, I have been considering a new software company.
Tier based pricing from Lite to Premier is a bit confusing. WePay advocates having a Chase bank account for faster processing otherwise fails to integrate.

This is the platform chosen for our new website, moving up from Yahoo! websites. Huge improvement. Shopify is state-of-the-art.

Pros

Well, so many things. Built on solid open standards Ruby-on-Rails web 2.0 web framework. This is the 'Apple' of e-commerce platforms regarding quality. Huge ecosystem of integrations in the Shopify App store and growing almost every day. Great selection of slick beautiful templates from graphic artists. Most beautiful templates I've ever seen in an ecommerce platform. Very easy to set-up and use.

Cons

I wish it had *direct* integration with other platforms such as Google Apps, HubSpot, Freshbooks, and Teamwork Projects for order fulfillment. These are available through numerous third-party add-ons, but direct integration would be better. Still, it has more indirect integrations than any other ecommerce platform.

we use to organize the company's billing and the time spent in each project, it is very useful!

Pros

organization of expenses, payments and billing is much easier to make using; track the progress of a project, the time spent is perfect use it

Cons

integration with other platforms like shopify is not always clear and intuitive!

I loved this program especially since I do a lot with Paypal and the integration is wonderfull.

Pros

As an artist and owner of a small business I like tbe FreshBooks software because it allows me to easily connect with third party websites that are popular in e commerce such as paypal and shopify .

Cons

The one thing that was strange in regards to this program is that it does not offer batch invoices wich maked it difficult to service multiple customers.

Pros

Very user friendly. It was very easy to learn and integrated well with paypal and shopify. I use the app also in mobile a lot and it organized every listing or entries and to whatever I liked.

Cons

I wish I can edit multiple entries at a time. I know that FreshBooks was created for smaller business but it was becoming a chore having to go by each entries one by one.

Fast and Reliable Accounting Software

I like that one can access the software from anywhere using a mobile device.One can send invoices,track clients and time as the information is automatically synced to be able to access the information.

Pros

When using this software it does not require one to have any accounting experience to be able to operate it.Invoice creation is just by a few clicks and it integrates with third part application such as Shopify,Paypal and many more.

Cons

It does not allow the customization of invoices based on ones needs.One is allowed to change the color and logo only.

Freshbooks is great software no doubt at all for those who have small bussiness . It can synchronize all company transaction across all platforms. Due to its friendly interface you dont require accounting background

Pros

This software has various features and user friendly interface. It is integrated with third party paymant option such Paypal , shopify, it increase in conviniency of payment to both seller and buyers. It has also both platform like android and IOse version of Apps.

Cons

Though it has many robust features , it lacks with features like inventory trcaking , batch invoice creation. It is not suitabel for manufacturing firms

Easy to use

Pros

Great simple software. Has a good layout and easy to navigate. I used the 30-day trial and It was easy to integrate with my shopify store I was setting up. I liked the idea you could take photos of receipts to track expenses. Unfortunately the eCommerce project was cancelled so I did not proceed with using for other than testing. I would recommend to anyone with a small business needing a simple and easy cloud based software.

Cons

I found the reporting was not as visually nice as some of the competitors that I had used before.

My overall experience with FreshBooks has been fantastic! . I think all SME's (Small and Medium Enterprises) can go for this wonderful Invoicing and Accounting Software. You can use it for your uncomplicated Accounting and Invoicing Needs .

Pros

I have used FreshBooks quite a few times and every-time I was very happy with the same. I think FreshBooks is a great invoicing and Accounting Software. It is especially useful for Small and Medium scale Enterprises who find difficult investing high amount of money to manage their accounts and invoices. The software is user friendly and very easy to use . It does not expect you to be hands on in Accounting or making invoices. They give you step by step guidance to do that. They have updated formats that are used globally accepted for invoicing. It automates tasks such as client follow up, time tracking, expenses organization . The software integrates with some third apps like Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, Gsuite to increase it's functionalities.

Cons

I think the pricing of Freshbooks is a bit of an issue . But they have recently come up with some great discounts to their users . Hope it helps. I have struggled a bit to bulk creation of Invoices . Invoices need to manually created each time . I think something can be done to resolve the issue.
