Shopify charges transaction fees for using third party payment processors, but my company is not able to use Shopify Payments due to being a CBD company. While Shopify provides many tools, recommendations and suggestions, my company is unable to utilize them because of the restrictions they place on CBD companies.

We recently had to rest a user account, after 4 days of jumping through hoops to try and get Shopify support to fix it, they reset the wrong account (my admin account), and in the end, after 5 days of no access to our own account, I had to track down a former employee, now in a different country, to get a code to access the account. And no matter how useless the support, if you try and ask for any money back, from the substantial sums you are paying them, it seems the support are trained to completely ignore you, pretend the question doesn't exist.
