Sometimes a card won’t go through that’s valid but that could be a bank thing with customer cards so I’m not totally sure with that one.

Initial setup wasn’t overly intuitive for my bespoke situation but managed to get there in the end with some help.

They also have a great customer service where you can actually talk to someone about your account (yes, a real person!)
