Overall experience is great & smooth. The support is friendly and gracefully handles all the feedbacks & suggestions. I love when the [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] is involved in the support process, because that shows his commitment and dedication to take the tool to next height. So SuiteDash is definitely on the right track, I believe.
I love the fact that SuiteDash provides a complete solution for managing every step of a client-based business. I don't have to use multiple tools to handle invoicing, project management, file sharing, client communication, feedback cycle etc. Also, the ability to create a separate white-labeled portal for clients to login and check their projects and collaborate, is just awesome feature to have.
I strongly believe the UI of the tool can be improved. It's good now, but can be much better. Actually, the tool has so many features & setting options, that it gets difficult sometimes to keep track of them. So I would suggest the team to keep working on the interface and UX, so that the workflow can be even faster than now.

Trying to purchase or test software to work together is frustrating, expensive, and time-consuming. SuiteDash has it all in one affordable platform, which saves me time and money.
SuiteDash houses everything needed to run my business. With one software, everything feeds into everything else.
SuiteDash takes some learning and experimentation to get everything to work together right. But it is really easier than learning multiple software only to learn they don't work together when done.

Support was good but the software does not do some of the basics of a CRM system very well. so very disappointed
One price irrelevant of how many users and seemed on initial inquiry to do everything we wanted
Lacked basic functionality - It has no reminders built in ( This is a deal breaker for me) - So if you send a document or ask a client to complete a task you cannot set up a reminder email automatically to the client to get them to complete the task. Yet this function is available in the invoice section. This makes no sense to me .Also no automatic reminders for appointments or workflows. This alone...

Suitedash provides a secure and professional space where clients can access their project details, communicate with the team, and view invoices. This has significantly improved client satisfaction and communication efficiency. Moreover, the ability to customize the client portal with my branding elements adds a touch of professionalism and reinforces my business's identity.
The user interface of Suitedash is clean, intuitive, and well-designed. Navigating through the various modules and features is a breeze, even for someone who is not particularly tech-savvy. The dashboard provides a quick overview of the business's key metrics, allowing me to monitor progress and make informed decisions effortlessly.
The con would be me living in NC but Not knowing about one of North Carolina's great business products "Suitedash" before wasting so much money on other expensive software is the only thing I dislike about SuiteDash. Getting back to being serious, The onboarding is a little scary at first but...... when you watch all the great tutorials, it's truly a breeze.
