I asked for a refund within 24 hours of the charge and they refuse, claiming that they will only make a refund within 15 days OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE which took place a year ago.

Horrible customer service, filed information with critical errors, hidden fees, erroneous charges, VERY hard to cancel and find what you are actually registered for, caused significant delays in my business, the list goes on and on

The website templates could be improved, there is not much choice and they are not truly customizable, Website builder and business card template could also need refreshing.

A year after using the company (who did nothing) I was charged another $900 that was not authorized

Horrible company charged for a yearly subscription I was not aware of and they will not refund you even though the day it hit my bank account I canceled they do not send you an email reminder they only send an in app notification and if you don't log in all the time you will not know.

On top of it all, I proceeded to pay for my LLC dissolution and of course I was charged for something else, not even notifying me about it.

For my email it hasn't been 24h, but the phone number don't even try.

They follow up to make you change the review but never help or reimburse their scam.

Especially if someone has no experience or legal knowledge (like me) this solution is an absolute time and money saver.

They rather leave you with a lot of problems and they are not very helpful when it comes to solving them.

At the beginning of the LLC application it should show everything that you can include with the packages along with pricing on one page, so you can make one total payment, instead of having to charge your card multiple times.

I wish they had a webcomic widget for the site building portion, as well as the ability to let the site know that I already have an established bank, and email for my business.

In the advertisement creator tool, I wish you could easily swap out pictures without having to redo the text portions because the picture overlays the text when selected.

The initial start was hanging me up and not allowing me to move forward without logo and wouldn't fit entire name of our business at first (possible user error on my end or due to phone) but after help from customer service was resolved within a few days without having to reach out myself.

Last year I had them issue me a refund after charging me for a full year instead of the one month I signed up for.

I chose Tailor Brands because it kept appearing next to LegalZoom as a new, quick option.

No renewal emails, no transparency. When I admitted the mistake and asked for a refund, they flatly refused.

Again, there was no "cancel" button shown since the account wasn't active.
