There wasn’t anything that I Did not like

Tailor Brands helped me receive my LLC for my company. Very helpful staff and reached out with any concerns I had.

Pricing could be improved. The products advertised as included are not included in the plans and this is what is making me start looking elsewhere for assistance. Everything is not included and I have been charged for everything in my plan so far.

No pros, absolutely nothing positive about the experience

Website and blog services are below industry standards and customer service is non-existent. Moreover they trick customers into subscriptions and charge them $120 for expired domains they claim weren’t cancelled . This company appears to be scamming with subscriptions! There is no option to cancel and the only time you can cancel is after they have charged you!

I loved how simple it was. The prompts made it so easy to know what needed to be done when.

I didn’t love the website builder. I may not have been using it right but I wanted more customization options. I was just used to a different program already so I switched to that to build my website.

It’s very easy and handy. Especially, if you starting from scratch to set up your business, tailor brands is the only thing you need to manage things online.

Overall great team to help you if stuck somewhere but if you have some urgent need to resolve any issues, then its quite a longstanding problem because is has ticket generators system that respond in few hours. I think tailor brands should start online chat option for 24/7 service.

Usability is perfect and customer service is excellent.

I do not have anything I don't like about Tailor Brands.

Easy to navigate and use. Good quality products

Would like the option of using more browsing tools for logo creation

The features that are impactful in using this site is the creativity and the ease of usage. The different choices to select that’s a great feature and that it’s a one- stop shop for your business needs.

At this time no Cons. No improvements are needed.

Nothing. The product they provided had to be altered in order to be made usable.

I was forced to purchase a one year subscription in order to access my logo files, which my husband then had to edit in order to create a usable logo. After a year they then auto-renewed my subscription with no warning. I asked for a refund within 24 hours of the charge and they refuse, claiming that they will only make a refund within 15 days OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE which took place a year ago.

Nothing. The experience I have had with this company is shocking.

Deceptive Business model. Once you subscribe you cant edit your logo.

Ez logo maker and editing, but poor description of how you'll receive the files, the formats, etc.

A client needed a quick, cheap logo and business cards. Two days after the order was placed I got an email from them saying the cards were in transit. A week later I tracked it in FedEx and turns out FedEx was still awaiting the packg to be dropped off. It took me 3 days of back n forth emails to find out that no one knows what happened to the cards and now they're being reprinted. I am so livid and so is my client....bad communication, no followthru to ensure shipment was sent, slow customer svc turnaround. I would not recommend them.

How helpful you guys are and attentive. I feel like I can get help with whatever I need and it’s pretty immediate. I know I have scheduled something’s and let work get in the way but you guys have always sent out a reschedule email which is amazing!

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about this.

I like how easy it is to use the services. I am not good with technology and the templates help a lot. Since I am just getting started, I haven't used everything.

That you can't make changes for the website on mobile. I am not always at a desktop.
