Verbis is your Translation management system inside Salesforce. Natively built on Salesforce, Verbis is the first translations management system for Salesforce. Works across all Salesforce cloud and products. If you are already working with a TMS (Translation Management System), you can easily connect that to Verbis to access all your Salesforce products for your TMS. You will connect your translation department/agency to Salesforce in those cases. Create your content inside Salesforce, request translation by pressing a button, and create the work order in your current TMS system. Translators localize the text, and when they submit for approval, your translated content appears back into Salesforce. With this process, you eliminate all the administration work around translation & localization.
When it comes to real-time translations such as chats, SMS & Chatter, etc., Verbis has a real-time translations engine that can adapt to your instant communication channels inside Salesforce. Verbis has a translation memory for accurate translations where you import an exception database of company-specific terminologies. This could, for example, be product names, brands, customer club names, or any other specific terminology. Verbis also has machine learning capability where it will, along the way, pick up your translation errors and make sure they never appear again.
It is the exact translation memory across all of your Salesforce clouds since it is company-specific and not specific to just one of your Salesforce solutions. If you have 2-4 salesforce products, you can be safe that you are always using the same translation memory.
Verbis mission is to gather all content creators and editors in one place to take advantage of the synergies. Content born in Salesforce shall not need to be modified somewhere else. That is simply not efficient enough.
