Sometimes when editing press releases directly in MediaHQ, the formatting can get distorted — for example, text spacing or symbols may appear incorrectly. And it would be amazing if the platform could show which outlets have published a release.

Edits to formatting on MediaHQ are required to ensure that the desired look and feel to the press release.

At times, the search functionality can be a bit limited, especially when trying to find very specific journalists or niche media outlets.

The fact that we cannot use a generic email address to send the releases from such as pressoffice@hsa.ie it has to be my own one.

Getting media attention has always been a challenge for me working in the charity sector, but Headline Ninja has significantly improved the pickup rate of our press releases.

While I occasionally find contact details that are out of date, issues are quickly sorted and using MediaHQ has been a positive experience thanks to the reliable and straightforward way to manage press distribution and media outreach.

The formatting on MediaHQ can be complex, especially when copying and pasting over from a MS Word document.

MediaHQ is a great tool for staying up to date with new media appointments and transfers across the industry, while also acting as a really useful aid in designing, writing, scheduling and issuing multiple press releases for clients.
