I think a few key features are missing and there are still thing underdevelopment that could improve certain processes.

on the launch of Propolis 2.0.There are capabilities that are available that we were not made aware of so it's great to know now what's possible.

Reporting tools could be improved but this is on their product roadmap.

Bettermode is a valid solution to build a support community that's easy to customize and with a paced ease of use.

The frustrating part is that being a no-code platform, it doesn't provide you any control over the stuff like sitemap.

At the same time, their support would keep sending you "your message is very important for us" type of communication for months and never solve your problem.

It is very complex and I am not sure, if I really make already the best use of it. And what I miss, ist the eMail feature out of Bettermode and the weekly digest Funktion and the planning and scheduling of postings.

Would never recommend anyone to go with this product if your goal lies beyond a fun project for friends and family.

It took them 10 days to just acknowledge the bug.
