The navigation around the app is very unintuitive, I have only tried 2 documents on the trial and had multiple issues that had to be fixed in the back end by support staff... to be honest it would have been quicker to just capture direct.

I can set rules to automatically apply to invoices that I receive regularly which over time has saved me a lot of effort as AutoEntry auto categorises invoices for me.

It started off working well, well priced, allows multiple entities and Users on one account.

In an ideal world this is great, my Account clients deal with clients that have huge amounts of PDF and print outs which prove to be more expensive for them to render thier service.

They are taken to the correct category and coded as the Sage Accounting software that I use and  then synchronised automatically with Sage.

We have problems monthly which is costly and time consuming as invoices are either not processed or they do not integrate.

Accuracy is ensured, reduced admin time and seamless integration to cloud accounting, this is awesome.

It cuts the hours that it takes to enter a large volume of transactions to a fraction of what it would be otherwise.

There is very little not to like about the software - there are occasional issues with the data transfer and having to reconnect to Xero but this doesnt happen often.

As a general user of AutoEntry within my organization, I have found it to be a reliable and user-friendly tool for automating our data entry processes.

I like the layout and the features (when they work).

It helps to keep track of job costing, materials use and etc. Manual entering  all our invoices used to take 2 hours daily, plus at the end of the month a few invoices would be missing for each supplier due to human factor.  

About 2 out of 3 invoices with line items processed have some level of inaccuracy.

when I first made the decision to use Autoentry it seemed to be effortless and started helping with Carbon footprint and reducing the need to keep paper records, which is where we all want to be and still conforms with HMRC record keeping guidelines.

I've been a customer (and pretty much a fan until recently) for more than 3 years and loved the automatic entry of invoices.  

This has greatly improved our efficiency and has saved a significant amount of time for our team.

It would seem that documents are run through OCR with human assistance.

Occasionally there are delays in publishing the invoice through to Sage but these never last more than a few hours and by the morning everything is there , which is much faster than the manual way which sometimes took weeks.

Over 2021 and more so the last 6 months continuous issued with publishing between Xero and Autoentry, and Xero is my preferred choice software.

The feed to the accounting software worked very well, invoices were almost instantly published to my ledgers.

I was hoping AutoEntry would save me time but I it has done exactly the opposite.

Very buggy and very major bugs are unresolved for week!

On occasion some items have not been transferred into sage, but the easy fix is to unpublish and republish which is a 2 click fix.

Then matching them in Quickbooks is quick and easy to do.

I have questioned since they were brought out by Sage the service would improve however the service levels and functionality and stability are getting worse month by month.
