The most valuable benefits are the significant time saved by both our customers and our employees from non-value added work in which orders seamlessly flow into our orders queue.
The only problems we experienced were in transitioning to a responsive site. We ended up losing some site data (such as photos) and configurations, category settings, etc.
This is both a significant time savings from order keying/increased accuracy for both our customers and our employees, but it also sets us apart as an innovative, forward-thinking company.
Have an extensive history in this industry, and no company has been more the bane of my existence than k-ecommerce. The support team has no way to contact their development team except for Skype.
K-eCommerce is a flexible platform with solid ERP integration and great support.
The content editors are a pain to use. I resorted to coding HTML in some instances because I could not get their editor to behave.
K-eCommerce project management was above average and their representatives were friendly and knowledgeable.
Emailing the development team produces no response.
We’ve also modified the pricelist feature to let customers download their pricelists from our website. This might seem like a small detail but it had a huge impact for us.
Any additional paid contracts (to fix platform glitches that greatly affect customers) will take months to finish with absolutely no information.
Direct integration to our ERP system has also saved us a huge amount of time re-entering orders manually—now all our sales team has to do is review and approve.
The support team has improved a lot over the years.
We actually do have plans to further enhance and develop it, but do not intend to detract from its core ease and simplicity. We are extremely satisfied with the end result.
The support team is quick to respond, both on issues with customer orders and site issues like loading content or adding a function. No question is too big or too small for them to help with.
K-eCommerce is very easy to use. We can upload all our products in a single operation by defining them in Excel.
We’ve invested a lot in SAP over the past years to increase our production and business efficiencies and so it was important for us to develop a network that could communicate without “band aids.
We required a significant amount of customization for our project, because we did not want the typical web store layout.
The k-eCommerce support team is fantastic. At first we had some difficulty figuring out how to use the system and we even accidentally deleted our site at one point.

Excellent customer service, great product worth using for the overall health of your business.
We lost organic rankings, which meant way less organic sales. Because our ppc campaigns stopped performing we lost sales from there.
I love Feedvisor, it helps me learn more about my business and what I need to do get expand in the marketplace.
Now coming to pricing : VERY VERY expensive. Maybe they should charge just 10% of what they charge to compensate for the loss they will give to the account.
This is a great software. The support team is amazing and the get back to you really quick and answer whatever questions you may have.
I tried the free trial and had such a bad experience. My account sale showed lowest sale in years.
Feedvisor seems most effective for products which are steady sellers and where we have a great source of replenishment.
At first, the tool they have developed is USELESS.
For many goods it is an effective repricing tool; tracks sales velocity, stock on hand, competitive prices, makes adjustments generally appropriately.
They have created a tool which works on historical data and that NOTHING HAPPENS automatically. You need to involve their team memeber to manage the tool and they do a pathetic job.
We use the repricing tool the most and it is very easy to use. It is super simple to make changes and fix issues.
The marketing person will show you a positive hope.
We found our items being far more profitable with a decent sell-through rate, rather than other repricers that push you to your floor as quickly as possible.
It's very easy to use the interface, it's user-friendly. Dashboard that shows every report and sales metrics inside your Feed Advisor.
