What is 6Q?

6Q is a web-based employee engagement platform that helps small businesses measure and improve how their team feels, using short, frequent pulse surveys instead of a once-a-year questionnaire.

How it works: on a weekly, fortnightly or four-weekly cycle, 6Q sends each employee six short questions that take around two minutes to answer.
