Review collection

The platform monitors around 18 sources daily, combining global platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, Booking.com, Expedia and Agoda with regional ones that matter in specific markets, including Despegar and Atrapalo in Spain and Latin America, Jalan in Japan, Almosafer in the Gulf region, Ostrovok and 101Hotels in Russian speaking markets, HolidayCheck and HRS in German speaking markets, and MakeMyTrip in India. Our data collection technology runs incrementally every day, so new reviews reach the dashboard without any manual checking.

Maika, the AI advisor

Maika reads incoming reviews and produces a weekly briefing in plain language: what guests are praising, what is slipping, and what to address first. The briefing arrives by email with a branded PDF attached, written in the user's language. Maika also performs sentiment analysis on individual reviews, identifies recurring themes across the review stream, and drafts suggested replies that staff can edit before publishing. Maika is powered by artificial intelligence and analyses review text using natural language processing.
