Achyl brings the whole podiatry consultation into one place. Designed with practicing podiatrists (pédicures-podologues) in France, it lets the practitioner stay focused on the patient: start the recording with the patient's consent, examine and explain as usual, and say observations aloud. Once the consultation is over, the consultation report, the letter to the referring physician, the patient sheet and a patient infographic are ready to review, and the prescription is prepared. The practitioner edits whatever they want, then validates and signs. Achyl does not make the diagnosis.

Device exports are read automatically: values from Medicapteurs, Microgate (OptoGait), Zebris and mDurance PDF files are carried over as they are, never retyped.

Around the consultation, Achyl handles the practice: patient records with pain tracking and orthotics follow-up, a calendar per practitioner with online booking, confirmations and reminders, electronically signed prescriptions and invoices, quotes the patient signs online, credit notes, and a sterilization log that traces autoclave cycles and pouches. An AI assistant answers clinical questions and cites its sources.

Health data is hosted in France with HDS-certified providers and encrypted. Patient names are pseudonymized before AI drafting, data is never used to train models, and the full practice archive can be downloaded at any time. Two plans, one collaborator included, 30-day free trial.
