Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Admiral overview
What is Admiral?
Admiral is a cloud-based (SaaS) platform that sits between infrastructure-as-code tooling and application deployment tooling, targeting application developers and platform/infrastructure teams running multi-environment, multi-cloud Kubernetes workloads. It maintains a dependency graph across IaC and workloads so that infrastructure outputs flow automatically into dependent applications, keeping dev, staging, and production environments consistent without manual manifest duplication. Every deployment produces a versioned, immutable snapshot, and all changes are submitted as reviewable changesets rather than direct edits to live state.
The platform uses a pull-based agent architecture: agents run inside customer clusters and pull their own work, while the hosted control plane never holds standing access to those clusters. An application-centric model lets teams define an application once and layer environment-specific configuration on top, eliminating redundant manifests across environments. Rollback to any prior revision is available in a single command. Admiral supports GitOps-style declarative desired state with continuous reconciliation stored in a dedicated control plane rather than a Git repository, and imposes no vendor lock-in: Helm charts, Terraform modules, and Kubernetes manifests remain in standard formats that function independently.
Integration options include a CLI for scripting and CI/CD pipelines, a GitHub Action for deploy-on-merge workflows, a Terraform provider for managing the platform as code, and a fully documented OpenAPI spec with client generation in any language. An enterprise tier is available with SSO (SAML/OIDC) support, custom pricing, volume discounts, and dedicated SLAs, making Admiral suitable for organizations that require platform-team guardrails alongside application-team self-service.
