ManageEngine OpManager Plus is an AIOps software designed to help businesses monitor networks, servers, IP addresses, switch ports, bandwidth, network configurations, firewall rules, logs, policies, application usage, and storage devices. The unified dashboard of ManageEngine OpManager Plus, complemented by advanced visualization tools such as business views and 3D floor views, provides a comprehensive view of various IT operations management components. The tool incorporates a workflow system for automated L1 and L2 fault management, assisting IT admins in quickly identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues within the IT infrastructure.

ManageEngine OpManager Plus also offers integration with IT service management (ITSM) tools, including ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus and ServiceNow. It further supports REST API-based integration, enabling proactive fault management for the IT infrastructure.
