What is Agendio?
Agendio moves the whole booking process of a leisure or service business into WhatsApp. It is built for venues in Spain such as indoor playgrounds, birthday party venues, sports centres and gyms, restaurants and academies.
Customers write to the business on WhatsApp as they already do. Agendio's AI assistant, running on the WhatsApp Business platform, answers in natural language, checks availability in real time and confirms the booking inside the chat, 24/7 and without staff involvement.
Access control: Agendio integrates with automatic door and lock systems. Each customer receives a temporary access code for their booking slot, entries and exits are logged in real time, and staff are notified of every access.
Automatic documentation: booking contracts, invoices, email confirmations and reminders 24 hours before the event, adapted to EU data protection rules.
Central management: a calendar with weekly, monthly and yearly views, special events and blocked dates, prices and packages, users and permissions, and real-time reports. Several centres can be run from a single panel, each with its own WhatsApp number or all on one, and bookings sync with Google Calendar.
Setup takes under 30 minutes and needs no technical knowledge: the Agendio team configures the chatbot with the business's opening hours, prices and services.
Pricing starts at €99 per month, depending on booking volume and number of centres, with a 15-day free trial and no credit card required. A 30-minute guided demo is available. Agendio is built by Cedesa Digital S.L. in Badajoz, Spain.
