What is AirStaff?
AirStaff tracks the working hours of remote and offshore staff and turns them into timesheets you can pay from, without a monthly per-user bill. You buy a lifetime licence once: US$99 covers 5 staff, $198 covers 15, $297 covers 30 and $396 covers 50, and licence codes stack as the team grows.
Staff install a signed desktop agent on Windows or macOS and accept a monitoring notice before anything is recorded. While they are clocked in, AirStaff counts keyboard and mouse activity (it never records what is typed), notes the app and website domain in use, detects idle time and takes periodic screenshots, either detailed at low resolution or blurred at capture. Nothing is recorded while they are clocked out, and screenshots are deleted automatically after 60 days.
Managers get a live view of who is working, a weekly timesheet grid with approvals, a full audit trail on every manual time change, activity trends, attendance, apps and sites reports, red-flag alerts, Slack notifications, CSV and PDF exports, and a weekly digest email. Staff can open My data to see exactly what has been recorded about them.
