What is Apartella?
Apartella keeps an apartment building or a housing estate running in one place.
Announcements that arrive
Post once; every resident gets it and it stays in a searchable list. Information and formal notice are kept apart, so the record shows which was which.
Money everyone can see
Publish the income and expense table for the period and attach the invoice images. Each owner opens their own dues and payment history whenever they want.
Requests that do not get lost
A resident opens a request, a complaint or a suggestion. The manager approves it, and approved items move to a shared list the other residents can read and support.
Documents in one folder
Board decisions, the operating budget, the audit report, the management plan — filed once and open to everyone who is entitled to see them.
Built for real buildings
A single apartment block or an estate with several blocks, a business centre or a holiday site. One owner per unit plus the household members they invite. Separate roles for the manager, the board, the auditor, the accountant, staff and tenants.
Privacy
Debt lists show the unit number, not the name, by default. Access is by role and every change is logged.
