Apsis overview
What is Apsis?
Apsis is accounting software for small businesses that bill other businesses: consultants, agencies, professional-services firms, and owners who run more than one company.
It covers the money side of B2B work end to end: invoices with real payment terms and client PO numbers, recurring invoices for retainers, up to four automatic reminders followed by statements, and a branded pay page where clients pay by card or bank transfer through Stripe. Bank feeds connect through Plaid (read-only) or file import, Apsis suggests a category for every transaction, and nothing reaches your books until you approve it. Reconcile to your statement and run profit and loss, balance sheet and other reports.
Each company gets its own books under one login, so multi-entity owners switch in one click. The base plan includes three users, and your CPA or bookkeeper gets a free accountant seat.
Pricing is simple: $19/month (or $190/year) after a 30-day free trial, plus $10 per extra company. Apsis is in beta and does not run payroll.
