Aquarius Pro is cloud factory software (ERP) and hardware from ACSS, built only for fish and seafood businesses. General food ERP systems take a one-size-fits-all approach; Aquarius is designed around how fish is actually bought, cut, packed and sold.

The core module covers customers, stock items, sales order processing, factory processing of sales orders, sales invoicing, enquiries and reports, and your own invoice and label layouts. Sales invoices post back to your accounting software, with links to Xero, Sage and QuickBooks.

On the factory floor, weigh-labelling stations print compliant barcoded labels with species, catch area, FAO code, lot number and use-by date, and record the traceability data as they go. Packing stations weigh, label and barcode each box and book it into stock. Scanner despatch checks every box onto the right order, and delivery notes and invoices print automatically.

Add-on modules are available for purchase orders and goods in, filleting, supermarket packing, scallops, hand grading and EDI, so each business takes only what it needs and adds more as it grows.

Orders can come in through Hooked, ACSS's own customer ordering app (app, phone, email or AI chat), and through Fresho, Orderlion, Choco and Shopify, landing in Aquarius without re-keying. The day's deliveries can be sent to Podfather for route planning and proof of delivery.
