What is Archen?
Archen is zero-entry project memory software built for interior design studios and architecture firms.
Every project generates a constant stream of decisions: client approvals, vendor commitments, scope changes, and site visit notes, scattered across email, texts, calls, and files. When something is missing, so is the context, and that is when disputes begin.
Archen reads the communication your team already has and builds a complete, searchable record automatically: what was decided, who approved it, and when. No new habits, no manual data entry, and nothing extra for your team to check.
Unlike project management software, which tracks what needs to happen next, Archen captures what already happened, why it happened, and what changed. When a client returns for phase two, when a dispute surfaces months later, or when a team member leaves mid project, the record is already there.
