ARCO SUITE360 is a cloud business suite that runs ERP, CRM and MRP on a single database, with AI built into the workflows. AI capabilities

Alexandra is a conversational assistant with a Mexican Spanish voice that proposes a plan, waits for approval and executes the tasks in the system. ARCO Flow is a visual, no-code workflow builder with AI agents of configurable autonomy and event triggers. The AI report builder answers natural-language questions without SQL. The suite also sends daily email summaries and runs demand forecasting and anomaly detection on operational data.

Integrations and data

Connectors to WhatsApp, Slack and Google Sheets through ARCO Flow; CFDI stamping and validation through an authorized PAC; a CFDI repository with bulk download from the SAT; import and export with Microsoft Excel; and an email marketing editor with real-time tracking.
